How Can I Purchase a Jewelry Care Plan?

For eligible items, you’ll see the option to add a Jewelry Care Plan directly in your shopping cart. Care plans are currently available for all jewelry items. Please note that they are not offered for cleaners, loose diamonds or gemstones, or accessories.

The Jewelry Care Plan covers damage to your jewelry but does not include protection against loss or theft. For coverage in those situations, you may want to explore separate insurance options offered by Jewelers Mutual.

The cost of a Jewelry Care Plan varies based on the type of plan you select and the value of the jewelry you're protecting. To get an accurate quote, simply complete the form above.

Yes, to keep your coverage active, all care, maintenance, and inspection services outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty must be completed as required.

If it's within 30 days of purchase, simply return your item to Lee Jewelry Outlet for a refund or replacement. After 30 days, contact us to begin the claims process. Be sure to have your receipt and Jewelry Care Plan brochure as proof of coverage.

Once you report an issue, Lee Jewelry Outlet will begin processing your claim promptly. We aim to handle claims efficiently and restore your jewelry as quickly as possible.

If the damage can be repaired and the repair cost is less than the original value of the item, it will be repaired. If not, your item will be replaced.

Your receipt and Jewelry Care Plan brochure serve as proof of coverage and are required to file a claim. If you’ve misplaced them, don’t worry—contact Lee Jewelry Outlet, and we’ll do our best to locate a copy of your receipt in our records.

3-Year Jewelry Care Plans can be transferred at any time during the coverage period. Lifetime Plans must be transferred to the gift recipient within the first 180 days. To update the care plan record, please contact Lee Jewelry Outlet.

Jewelry Care Plans cannot be renewed once the term expires. For extended coverage options, please contact Lee Jewelry Outlet. You can also explore Jeweler's Mutual Personal Insurance Plans for additional protection.

To cancel your coverage, please reach out to Lee Jewelry Outlet. Depending on your Terms and Conditions, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
